Reporting Concerns and Complaints
Anyone with concerns about the quality of care, treatment, services, potential rights violations, suspected abuse or neglect, misappropriation of property, or unsafe or unsanitary conditions at ThriveNow Recovery Centers is encouraged to speak up. Individuals have the right to file a complaint without fear of retaliation. ThriveNow Recovery Centers maintain a strict non-retaliation policy: retaliation, punishment, or any form of negative treatment against someone who makes a complaint — whether anonymously or not — is strictly prohibited.
